About Ken Okel
In his decade-plus career as TV news reporter, anchor, weatherman, producer, and talk show host in five states, Ken draws on an unlimited array of fascinating stories like: being shot by police with a pepper spray gun, free falling more than 70 feet, being attacked by a police dog, flying with a professional balloonist, racing through the streets in a motorized arm chair, and covering a group of nudists trying to set a world record. He has been recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists multiple years for his award-winning reporting.
Ken graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast News. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and the Florida Speakers Association. In his spare time, Ken enjoys travel, photography, and spinning classes. About Biff Bobberts
Biff Bobberts represents the person who has a little bit of talent but not enough smarts to get ahead in life and work. He tells audiences how style over substance turns a successful career into unemployment. A self-professed Broadcaster for Life, Biff finds himself struggling to stay relevant in an ever-changing industry. His skill set is the equivalent of a gas-guzzler on the information superhighway. Biff remains optimistic and yet oblivious of his shortcomings. He's based on real life people and situations. About Evil Ken
Evil Ken represents what's wrong with the workforce today. He's selfish, demanding, and an out of control perfectionist. His mantra is, "My needs before yours." While his methods may lead to short term personal success, ultimately his behavior will backfire on your organization. Evil Ken is based on countless coworkers as well as some bad behavior from the normally Good Ken! He convinces audiences to say no to selfish decisions that will take them to "the Dark Side" of your organization.
